A little guidance. A lot of heart.

Useful, careful, open to correction

Our goal is to offer practical ideas and explain name meanings without promising perfect parenting or predicting a child’s personality. Cultural traditions and linguistic meanings are described as such, not presented as universal rules.

How we prepare content

Articles are written in project files. Each record includes its language, author credit, dates, publication status, and review status. AI may assist drafting and translation. The initial collection is awaiting final source verification and human language review before public indexing.

Names and sources

Similar spellings can have different origins. Where etymology is debated, we say so. Sources and further-reading links should be checked against the precise claim; a link does not imply an endorsement. Amazigh transcriptions require review by a competent speaker of the relevant variety.

Health and safety

We do not offer diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical guidance. Future medical content requires qualified review. For a concern about pregnancy or a child’s health, speak to your care team.

Changes and corrections

We update dates when content meaningfully changes and keep substantive corrections in the content history. Report a concern through the contact page.
